Through the remodel, we were able to turn the previous operations floor into a training facility that replicates the live operations floor setup and technology. The new 7,000 square foot training facility houses eighteen fully functional consoles in addition to a classroom and conference room and provides a more realistic atmosphere for trainees. Two classes have utilized the new training facility in 2022, with an increased trainee success rate when compared to previous classes.2022 n ANNUAL REPORT25'
